How ordering with e-transfer works

E-transfer keeps payment separate from checkout. You first submit your delivery details and order, then follow the payment instructions supplied by the store. Here is how that process works at Anabolic RX.

1. Review your bag

Check each product name, pack size and quantity. The quantity shown in the bag refers to the listed pack or unit, so two boxes of 100 are different from two individual items. You can adjust quantities or remove products before continuing.

2. Confirm your delivery details

Enter your name, Canadian delivery address and email address. Check apartment or unit numbers and the postal code carefully. The order summary shows your products and the shipping charge before you submit.

3. Place your order

Select e-transfer and place the order. The order is recorded as Awaiting payment. This status means payment has not yet been verified; it does not mean a transfer has failed.

4. Follow the payment instructions

Use the recipient details and any required security question and answer supplied with your order instructions. If those details are not included in the confirmation yet, wait for them to arrive separately. Include your order number in the transfer message so the payment can be matched to your order.

5. Keep your confirmation

We verify payment before preparing the order for shipment. Keep your order number handy for questions about payment or delivery. If something needs correcting, contact us before sending another payment.
