Payment & ordering

A simple guide from your bag to payment confirmation.

1. Review your bag

Check each product, selected option, pack size and quantity. Quantity refers to the unit sold: two boxes of 100 means two boxes, not two individual items.

2. Place your order

Enter your delivery details and review the final order summary. E-transfer is the current payment method. Your order is recorded as Awaiting payment.

3. Follow your payment instructions

Use the recipient details, security question and answer supplied for your order. Auto-deposit is not enabled. Include your order number in the transfer message. If your confirmation does not yet contain the transfer details, wait for our separate instructions before sending payment.

4. Payment is verified

Sending a transfer does not automatically mark your order paid. We verify it before preparing your shipment. Keep your order number and transfer confirmation for reference.

Need to change something?

Contact [email protected] with the order number and requested change. Wait for confirmation before sending a different payment amount. Never send online-banking passwords or sign-in codes.
