Build a clear supply shopping list

Shopping checklist notebook beside a pen and blue supply organizer

A short, specific shopping list makes browsing a large catalogue easier. Instead of starting with a broad description such as “more supplies,” record the product details you already know and the questions you still need answered.

Group items by category

Start with categories such as gloves, prep supplies, dressings or storage. Keep separate lines for products that have different sizes or specifications. This makes it easier to compare your list with the category pages and to spot items you have already added.

Write down the exact details

For each item, record the product name, size, pack count and quantity you want to order. If you are replacing a specific product, keep its reference number or packaging label available. Similar names can refer to different products, so avoid filling in missing details from memory.

Separate questions from selections

Mark any unconfirmed specification as a question. For example, you might need to confirm whether a listing is sold individually or by the box. Ask about that detail before choosing an alternative. Product selection for a medical purpose should follow advice from a qualified professional and the relevant manufacturer’s instructions.

Review the bag against your list

Before checkout, compare the product names, selected options and quantities with your list. Check the delivery address and email address too. Keep the order number once the order is placed so you can refer to it if you need help.

Start with the catalogue or read the ordering FAQ for payment and delivery information.
