Information used to fulfil orders

When you order, we collect the name, email address, billing and delivery details, phone number where provided, items ordered and order notes. We use this information to record the order, arrange payment, deliver the parcel, provide updates and resolve questions. Please avoid entering medical history or other information we do not need into order notes.

Accounts and support

If you create an account, WordPress and WooCommerce store the account details needed for sign-in and order history. Messages you send to customer support are used to answer your request. Do not send banking passwords, security codes or unrelated sensitive information.

Optional marketing emails

If you choose the optional email subscription at checkout, we use your email address and subscription preferences to send product news and offers through our email service. Subscribing is not required to place an order. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us to withdraw your consent. Essential order and delivery messages continue separately.

Payments

E-transfers are completed through your financial institution, outside this website. We do not ask for or collect online-banking login credentials. We use payment references and confirmation information to match transfers to orders.

Cookies and technical information

The website uses cookies and similar technology for the shopping bag, checkout, sign-in and security. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and protect the site. Site statistics tools may process page visits and technical usage information. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent the bag, checkout or account features from working correctly.

Service providers

Website hosting, security, email, site statistics and delivery providers process information needed to perform their services. These include our WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure, hosting provider, Cloudflare, connected Automattic services, email providers and Canada Post. Processing may take place outside your province or Canada, where local laws may apply. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Retention and protection

Order, payment-reference and support records are retained as needed for fulfilment, accounting, resolving disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to those who need it to operate and support the store. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
