These terms explain how ordering from Anabolic RX at anabolicrx.is works. Please read them together with our final-sale policy, shipping information and privacy policy.

Products and order details

Review the product, pack size, specifications, quantity and any selected options before submitting an order. Ask us about any missing or unclear detail before buying. Product illustrations are identified where used; consult the product description for the item supplied.

Prices and payment

Prices and order totals are in Canadian dollars. Checkout shows the product subtotal, shipping and final amount payable before you place the order. E-transfer is the current payment method. Your order awaits payment until we verify the transfer. An order receipt does not confirm that payment has been received or that the parcel has shipped.

Follow the payment instructions supplied for your order. If transfer details are not included in your confirmation, wait for our separate instructions. Never email your online-banking password or sign-in codes.

Shipping and your details

We currently ship within Canada. Check your name, email address and complete delivery address before ordering. Canada Post Xpresspost is currently $30 per order; review the option and charge shown at checkout. Payment is verified before dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific delivery date; a carrier service name alone is not a delivery-date guarantee.

Final sale and order issues

All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Our final-sale policy explains how to report damaged, incorrect or missing items. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain available.
